Star Trek Enterprise Klingon Pistol

I had a project on the back burner that I would like to get going again. I would like to either build or buy a completed Klingon disruptor as used in the Enterprise show. I know that the prop was built from a pressure washer gun. I have purchased the correct pressure washer. However, there is not much info on the net about this gun. Does anyone know what was used as the emitter tip? What greeblies were added? Does anyone know who might be selling a resin kit? I am also looking for a pic of the top and bottom of the gun and of the back part closest to the wrist if you were holding it.

Nice pics. Thanks. Thats just what I needed if I cant find a resin kit. I can use your pics to make the pieces to add to the sprayer. Do you still have that casting?

Does anyone know what the front part was on the prop. It looks like a drill chuck of some type. How about the emitter?

I do not have the casting anymore - the tip is a M-16 or AR-15 flash suppressor, you have to cut it at the angle shown on the prop, but that's what it comes from. There's part of an old Dr. McCoy Hypo spray nozzle on the prop too... A friend at HMS showed me one up close when I visited there many years ago, pointing out the special 'details'.
