Unlimited Run Star Trek 2009 Cop Mask Kits from 3D Printed Master

Working with Fierfek again, I've 3D printed a great rendering of the cop mask from the '09 Star Trek movie:


Here it is after a bit of fine-tuning:


Here's the print coat for the mold:


The respirator pieces and the little mouth greeblies will be cast separately. Here's that mold as well as the completely thickened jacket mold for the mask:


The mothermold for the mask was laid up yesterday, so I should have the first cast of that piece today.

I got sidetracked on this project before I got a chance to form the flip-down visor piece. So far I've not finished one.

I know you're slammed with SWTFA orders, but I would be interested in purchasing an unfinished mask if you were going to get back to this project. This is a very unique design and I have been interested in it since the first "Star Trek" trailer.
