I have some new samples to show:
Here is what the final screened color looks like on the lighter fabric. It has a slight greenish metallic hue.

Here is what it looks like compared to the actual samples. I may still go a little darker for the paint on the brown fabric.

I'm finding that most likely 2 sheets of the lighter fabric will be needed to construct a full size bag. For those that order 2 or more sheets of the same color I'm going to do my best to align the prints and put them on a single piece of fabric that will measure approx 21" x 14". It's very difficult to get this pattern to align properly though, so it isn't going to be perfect. Here is what a typical double print will look like:

I did find however that 1 sheet of the darker fabric is just large enough for all 7 trapezoidial (I think I just made up a word http://jr-ms.com/forum/images/smilies/lol.gif) panels.

(I don't have my leather straps yet, so I put a piece of elastic in there as a place holder.)
