SS ROTJ AT-ST build up

Here's where I am on my ATST. I was watching ROTJ and I'm basing this one on the full sized ATST that was standing in front of the bunker. So I lengthened the legs by 1/2", then made larger feet that are longer, and have a higher profile than the one's that came with the kit, then I made the claw stick out further.

I don't know if that's accurate, but I like it.

Re: My ss rotj AT-ST build up

The speed that the SS Slave 1 is coming together I imagine Rich simply looked at the kit and it assembled itself!! :lol

Re: My ss rotj AT-ST build up

Thanks, I took the day off from the Slave and made this yesterday.

I'm not finished with it yet, I haven't put on the tubes and stuff either.

Here's some pics of it in the sun, I wish it were summer so I could take pics of it in the woods LOL.

I think that walker just screams prop to me! Rich is there nnothing you cant do to an extremely high and embarrasing level to the rest of us mere pretenders LOL.
The weathering on this is sublime, subtle, but so effective, its like a pic outta Chronicles!
