Re: SS AT-ST [updates 05/20]

My oh my....this is gonna be soooo awesome! Thanks for the update!:thumbsup

Re: SS AT-ST [updates 05/20]

Looks awesome.. like a mix between the go motion model and the larger scale version. I see a Leichter part on the cheeks. :)

Did you use the 8-rad for the back?

:thumbsup

Hello :) thanks for the input guys !

Yeah I used the 8 rad part for the back (but heavily modified to match the original models).

Here some updates, the master for the upper part of the left legs :

Sweet looking leg! I love that coat of primer that just blends it all together and gives it that finished look.

Re: SS AT-ST [updates 06/13]

Bro as always, impeccable work, i love it! Those pics are greatof the 2 footer, they show the neck joint very well (which i have pegged as a Drive shaft joint rubber boot).

Excellent work! How are you going to support it when it's standing?

Re: SS AT-ST [updates 06/13]

Thanks guys :)
Wow the pics are very helpful, thanks for sharing them ! They show new angles, I didnt have !

Well in fact I will cast it. One will be a stop motion model, and when not used, it will be in display like the ILM mini's. The other will take parts of a big Endor dio and the legs will be glued, the feet will be screwed to the base.

To get the leg parts stronger, I will put alu or brass rod into the mold before pouring the resin ! It would avoid any warping.
