I decided to retire my 2003 FX Stormtrooper onto a jock mannequin I found at a going out of business sale at the Sports Authority near me.
It's not an accurate suit I know but I probably won't be buying another trooper and this guy has some history. David Prowse and Hayden Christensen signed the bucket for me at C2.
While the stature works for an imposing figure, the overdeveloped abs push out a bit on the ab plate and the thighs were a bear getting the armor onto as well as the forearm clam shells which were all superglued together to keep them secure. It was difficult to dress it out because of its size and still needs some tweaking. If you're looking into doing a mannequin, you may want to look for one that's not a jock...lol.
