I just wanted to let people know I just bought a Spiker Kit from a fairly new member "smick6" in the JY. Having lost $140 to Ioncannon I was a little apprehensive about ordering off a bloke, who to me was unknown.
But the whole transaction has been incredibly smooth and professional. As soon as I paid he unexpectedly emailed me complete instructions for both the build up kit and the lighting.
He mailed the kit from the US on Thursday, and it arrived this morning..which is faster than a lot of local stuff gets here.
The kit itself is brilliant, it came with everything I need to assemble it. Brand new packets of screws, nuts, bolts and everything for the electronics! A few of the smaller parts need a good, but fairly easy clean up, otherwise the rest of the casting is excellent.
Its an extremely well thought out kit, with tabs and holes to line the pieces up and make sure it goes together nicely.
I will post pics when the boys and I put this together! I just wanted to let people know how well this all went, and that smick6 is someone I would happily buy from again.
