Spidey Mask Undershell?

Hey guys, I've got some questions. Where can I find a shell to go under a mask, first of all, and secondly, are they foam or are they rigid? I ask because I'd like to be able to take the full mask off from time to time smoothly as one piece and figure that'd be possible if it were softer.

Any leads would be great!

i have seen a few on the bay before that where either made of fiberglass or vacuformed ABS. I i wanted to pick one up but i just didnt have a mask to go with it..:unsure

hopefully someone can chime in!!

I have one for my spider suit and it is vacuformed plastic of some kind. I can take it off with no problem as I just grab the edge of the fabric and the chin of the shell at the same time. Getting it back on takes a minute or so to get the fabric mask straight over the shell.
