Is there any way to take legal action,since this is a form of theft? Besides,with him admitting his actions on Instagram he has given you vital evidence.

Unfortunately not, considering that TJack doesn't technically own the design of Spider-Man's lenses either, it could get him in trouble too...

As far as I know, Ken has given people permission to print his files and then sell the items. You'd have to double check with him to be sure though.

This thread is not about both him and I making spidey stuff. He was selling recasts of the things I make - pouring silicone over them and then making copies to sell as his own - that gets you banned at the rpf.

Basically, stealing a design or whatever that someone else has created and passing it off as your own
