How do you make a fan film based on the first comic but substitute Venom!?! That defies any sense of continuity at all.

That Spidey concept design is just a quick mash up. It is just supposed to give you an idea what it will look like. But if you want to help that's more than okay.

Working on the skateboard at the moment. It's going to be a little different than what it is in TASM.

This project sounds fun, how are you going to tackle Spider-man swinging around New York? I think you have two option available to you which are either a fully rigged 3D model with animation applied of the easier option would be green screen and then composite into shot.

I suspect the 3D option will be difficult to get right as even in the first Spider-Man his movements sometimes lacked realistic movements with regards to gravity, often seeming to float around in my opinion.

For the opening I would tone down the lens flares as to be honest it just screams "video copilot optical flares", I understand that they can give a more anamorphic look to the movie but everyone is doing the "JJ Abrams" thing now.
