• We've picked out the leather for the cover.
• May have found the paper we like.
• Working on some new distressing methods.
• Editors are still working on the text.
• I'm working on compiling an index (FREAKIN' HUGE JOB!)
• Optional bookmark is in the works.
• Cover design has been updated.

No news on timing yet though... finalizing the text is the big job at the moment. I'll let you know when the text is done and off to the printers... that'll give us a good indication as to when the final run will be ready.

Thanks for the update! Do you think you’ll open up preorders this month or at what point in the process do you think is the right time to start taking preorders?

We won't take pre-orders until the first prototype is fully completed and approved. That's still a little ways off as the editors are working through the text... and I don't want to rush any of that work. So no firm ETA for pre-orders yet, unfortunately.

It's basically the same, just tweaked some of the artwork and now we're having the full "Spates Catalog of Nameless Horrors" on the front, not just the short version. It looks much better now, in my opinion. I've updated the image in the original post.

Nope, AI is abysmal at indexing. Like seriously bad. I've got a professional program helping me organize everything. Will take a while, but I'm hoping worth it to everyone in the end (personally, I love indexes!).

Scratch that... had a computer crash and lost a couple days of work. Back to 39% of indexing done.

No I know i have just i seen a bunch of them at cons for sale. Its the stuff we can't get especially at this quality and researched thoroughly is what we want
