Space Marine - Need help with seams and gaps

Attempting to build Space Marine armor based off of Sylgian's and Henrik Pilerud's amazing suits, but have run into a snag with large gaps / seams in my armor and not sure how to clean them up. From the web it looks like bondo might be the solution, but these are big gaps, so was thinking maybe doing paper mache over the foam. I would be interested in getting advice on this

Agree with gothic. Don’t use Bondo directly on foam. Flex seal is flexible, like the foam. Bondo is hard/firm, and will just break if flexed. If you apply a resin coating over the foam, losing flexibility, then you could use Bondo.

I third the Kwix Seal route. Before you even do that, I'd apply some contact cement to those seams to try to close them up some more, only then would I apply Kwik seal over them.
