Sonjou Amazing Spiderman Pattern

Working on him right now, well when I'm not at work which I am at the moment.

Started Batman AC Thursday, finished Friday morning then started on Nightwing AC. Worked 5-1a last night the 9-5 today.

I would say he is 40% done.

Hope to finish him tonight or early tomorrow. I may start a new thread with suit design requests later, so I don't Put this thread off course.

the others patterns are not nearly as hard as the new spider suit is. there are so many layers and designs.

hi dude,

your amazing spiderman pattern is veeeery awesome!!

please I ve a question..can you explain me how to make the black webs on photoshop?? is the only thing that I need for complete my pattern! please :)

thank you a lot!

:)

I made it in photoshop with the pen tool, looked at set photos and started laying down the pattern. one i had the flat black lines down. i added a bevel, adjusted the light source a little to help the lines stick out more.

ok thanks man, I have no skill and this is my first project, that I did yesterday for the red and blu pattern...what do you think?? do you have any advice?? and I don t even know how to do the back red spider...ahh so difficult! your work is amazing :)

thanks for a reply

see ya

Your shapes look good to me, but on the red I would make the red that is under the black webs sharper instead of faded or blurred.

ok, I ll do it, here there s a little update ;) I think it look enough good for the first time, but it s very hard to do because I do EVERY single part of the red part..so it took me soo long to do it ;)

photoshop, I don t know why the photos are not visibles..I try again, but my principal problem is not the suit...is the size..I don t know how big I ve to design the pattern with photoshop for a good quality print, for that reason I would like to buy the basic pattern by tayolr and then add my costume details, have you finish yours? ;)

I try again to post the photos, maybe is my pc that is a s4it..

I was able to see them. I downloaded them the files are just big but the reason. I was asking what program so I can give a little more advice.

I Am finished with my pattern it is ready for print I just don't have a price yet. Or enough money yet, I'm guessing it will cost me between 200-350$ to get the printed so I would have to save up.

But for tips I think the red hex needs to be smaller, if your applying a drop shadow it needs to be set as low as possible the spread needs to be low and the other option that is in there I can't think of the name right now.

ahh ok that s why the pics aren t visibles, ah ok so the honeycomb have to be smaller, yeah, the problem is that I don t know how to add straight lines, I do everything by hand..
I use PHOTOSHOP elements 8.0 ,

ooh the print is a little bit expensive! I hope to spend less..

okk so now I finish the central part and then I show you ;) post new photos when u ll have I want to see how your costume looks like!

another thing, at the end you ll add a plastic spider on the chest?? I think is a good idea

see ya

I wasn't going to add a chest spider, I know it would look better With it being such big part of the suit chest and down the abdomen, that it would look off since none of the other webs are like that.

Never used PS elements . I wouldn't think is that different.

Here is how i made my suit pattern. you can look and see if your photoshop has similar tools and options.
