Somewhat O/T - Need a help identifying a shirt

James Dean Bradfield wore this in the 'If you Tolerate This' video by the Manics.
I was told it's a Paul Smith shirt, although this may not be correct. I've looked through the Paul Smith catalog and on ebay but nada. The video was made in 1998. I've been wanting one of these for a long time, and would love to get some help tracking one down.

Possibly it does, it has a sort of workshirt vibe, although I couldn't find any images of a hess shirt online.
The thing is definitely a bit more designer though - note the nifty pockets on the sleeve. Would love it if someone could give me some more leads on tracking this bad boy down.

At 2:10 you can see the Left sleeve can be rolled up and has a stripe inside.
Around 2:30 you can see the right sleeve only has the stripe on the shoulder.
Neither seems to have a shoulder strap.
This asymitry leads me to believe it is not an actual uniform, but a garment inspired by a uniform shirt.

Your best bet would probably be to add the green/black stripes (The tinting in the video makes it difficult to tell the actual color, though at 1:03 they look pretty green) yourself, or have a tailor do it.
