Ive been trolling for a bit and see a lot of amazing things that you guys have done . How ? I cant seem to get the red out of eyes but some of you can make crap beautiful. just wanting to know.

Personally , I've been using photoshop since version 2 and Corel since version 2 -about 15 years ago!!!!! ( jeeeez)
I haven't shown much here to be honest , but I'm fairly proficient.

I haven't had any official training, just loads of practice and got lucky with some work.

It's not my full time job anymore, but I still like to do stuff - sometime free, sometimes not, but my job gives me the privilege of choosing.
Got some cool toys too, but tats another story

Hi syphion2004,

that depends what kind of graphic you want to create. Photoshop is a pixel-based graphic software and many people are using it. But if you like to create something like a logo for a company it's better to use a vector graphic software like CorelDraw, Indesign, Illustrator or Inkscape (free).

The attached picture is showing the difference between a vector and a pixel software, even if you magnify the file up to 1000% you don't see any steps with the vector software.

I used to use corel for vector stuff, as it sent files directly tot the vinyl plotter ( signs and logos etc)
Photoshop I always used for anything else such as photo retouching, hi res imaging, artwork etc.

I maybe look back at some stuff and put it on to see if there is any interest, but the subject matter is wide and varied.:eek
