Sorry I missed out on the follow up posts. I believe I am able to attend but I need to check the schedule with my boss and kids!

I will find out the size of the room but I know the tables are 6 feet long by about 3-4 feet wide. We may be able to add 1 or 2 more tables if needed. I will be getting there early to help set up and if I see we can get away with adding more tables I will have them put more in.

You know you can count on me getting there early. In fact, if you wanted to hit my place a couple hours early first, we can work it out.
I was thinking I may go with a theme for the props I bring - you know, like all Indy, or JP or whatever.

maybe, we should try to get a list of what people are willing to bring and post it on the front or somewhere
I know brad mentioned it in the first thread, but seems like no-one read that part haha..It will help us figure out how much room we need or if a person doesnt want to bring the same item than they could bring something else

Definitely Bringing: well as of right now, I can bring three rocketeer helmets (not the production made ones, but the MR, Unknown, and a london fan made one)..and my metal mauser (if replica weapons are allowed)
Possibly Bringing: hmm not sure what else..maybe acme kit or production model bulldog cafe

if you guys want to see something in person let me know just as of right now I plan on leaving the paper props home because most are framed and rather large..and the design setters helmet is staying home..I dont want to accidentally drop it and have it crack..

This is really shaping up nicely, I hope I am able to attend. If I can make it I will bring a PPG from my run and a Soran gun from Generations. I'll also bring an MIB display that includes a neuralyzer, cricket, and crome plated J2 pistol. If anyone wants to see one I'll bring one of my Forbidden Planet rifles.
