Ever since I saw the Snowtroopers storm in the rebel base and run past Vader, I've been interested in wanting to be one. So I have been researching and a Snowtrooper isn't as common as the Stormtroopers. So where do I start?
Here's my plan: I have been looking at the unfinished kit that Studio Creations offers and that seems like a decent price. A friend of a friend can more then likely paint the armor to a shiny finish since he has experience on painting motor bikes.
But I need to get the rest of the parts such as the coat, boots, greeblies and who do I get in touch with to get them. I am trying to tally up costs as well, so average prices would be helpful. Also, some greeblie pics and their names are good for me since I don't know any names of anything yet.
Who do I start talking to in starting this process? If I can't assemble it myself, anyone I can talk to? Anyone have a list of painters or people who can assemble the armor?
Any do it yourself guides for assembly. I Have a friend interested in doing a scout, so I am trying to find a list for the both of us.
What material consists the armor? What type of paint will work well with it?
