Small soldiers archer model kit modifications

ok so i just recieved my archer model kit and i like the over all sculpt but hate the crossbow and quiver so i start tearing these pieces apart and then im gonna resculpt the pieces so far i remove the big pegs from his feet the and the arrows from the quiver and also drilled 2 wholes in the quiver
