If you cannot afford to buy or build a replica of the original Timer as seen in Sliders seasons 1-3 you can now print one using card and build a screen accurate paper model.

This is the first public release and it is pretty rough in some small places but I spent many hours getting this looking screen accurate with the exception of how the flip section connects to the body. There are two versions of the front section. One fully lit and one unlit.

Now, I will say up front, that I am going to take this, get some styrene sheet and make a proper timer! But it WON'T EVER go up on eBay! I will never disrespect the work you've done on it!

you might actually be able to light it up with el material from this vendor, I know I am going to try.

with this item there would be no need to know any electronics or wiring knowlege and would be ideal for a static display.

I actually thought about creating some sort of static electronics for it since I know nothing of electronic design. I'll do some updates when I'm not so busy, but for now I hope everyone enjoys this.

Also, if anyone has any ideas to make the paper Timer better please post here :cool

are there any other sliders prop relicas besides the timer out there? It would be great to display with the timer.

For the front sections use white A4 gloss coated paper/card that is about 210gsm and for the rest use white A4 210gsm card. I'm working on a newer version with improved graphics and is the right size for A4 printing. I hope to include a photo of a finished Timer and a video on how to build it.

There are other props. A few of the 'Pilot' basement stuff springs to mind, hopwever the Timer is iconic to me.
