The correct(ish) font for the name and address is called URW Typewriter:

I managed to find the font of the title: it's called Billboard (beware of a couple of different, wrong variants):


As you can see, the font was stretched vertically for the card.

Here's my final replica made to print 90x50 mm (not trying to compete with Cmdr.Kerner):
