Clearing out some of my shelves and I found a bunch of these leftover on my "mini" screw shelf. They are authentically vintage cheese head screws, the ones needed for an accurate Skywalker Ranch Saber. (the Darth Vader MPP Hero has some pan-head ones I may have, I'll have to double check the head size) I collected as many as I could over the years because they're hard to find. There must be some out there you could get specially now, brand new, but I am not sure. If you are building a Skywalker Ranch graflex saber, and want vintage upper grip screws, this is for you!
I don't even know the thread count on these. I use a dab of silicone glue to situate these, or twist them into putty. OR You could drill slightly smaller holes into the Graflex and twist them in if you're okay with possibly stripping them. Either way, they look great... at your own risk though
They are authentically vintage, meaning they all have different levels of tarnish, different lengths and possibly different metal compositions. This is truly an antique hardware find and each set is an assorted group of 6 screws. The heads are all the same size though, which is what we saber smiths want!
I have 7 sets of the precisely accurate ones and 3 other pretty accurate ones. The heads are a bit smaller... we're almost actually splitting hairs here, they are about .6 of a mm different.
So, because these are found parts I guess this is a limited run. I don't know when I'll get more! Also I want to express that you should be very careful with these. Don't get them near your orifices, try to use tweezers, handle them over a tray, and don't lose them!
