I think he means how strong the bow is. Looking at the pics and seeing how the grain of the wood runs I would advice not to use the bow for shooting. I would think the bow will crack when too much force is used. I made a few bows in the past and had some fail because the grain was just off.
I do like the look of the bow, it may even be possible to make a functionak one out of pvc. Look up the backyard bowyer on YouTube for teturials.

It is very inflexible, drawing the string about 4 inches was enough for me, any more and either the string or limbs would have snapped. So it could probably fire an arrow about 10 ft, but with absolutely nowhere near enough force to injure anyone.
Awesome looking bow! I'm curious about the casted tips... What did you use for the casting? Do you think the plastic would be strong enough to hold up if they were applied to a real bow?

It's just PU casting resin, I guess Smooth-On would be the most common brand in the US. If it's mixed right and cures properly, it's pretty tough stuff. I've never put any pieces under strain though so I couldn't say whether it'll hold up or not
