So my approach will be making a mask from liquid latex, last year I applied it to panty hose material which worked very well. But I'm going to get a foam head from hobby lobby but those are way smaller than my own head. What's a good way to bulk it up to the proper size and a material that won't get insanely messy when I start to apply the latex and won't seep through the panty hose material and stick permanently to the head?
