Haven't done anything since last post, because I had to complete a side project for tomorrow, which I finished tonight.

Nearly at the "omgrunningoutoftimei'mnevergoingtofinishthis" PANIC stage, though not there quite yet. Though not far off it! Will get back to sewing it again tomorrow, will finish off the shoulder armour and attachments for it to the vest, then work on the helmet and all the fun that will bring. IF and looks like a big IF I get the time, I will re-do the tattoo and might get the bicep armour onto the the sleeve/vest area.

A quick update, worked on the costume today. I have got the rat's tail attached to the helmet, took the second attempt and a bit of fire but it worked. Got the helmet covered in gossamer fabric. Have got the ear holes cut out and stitched. The slit for eyes/nose cut out and stitched. Only have to stitch on the outside of the mouthpiece, attach the neck skirt and the tubing. Wrists starting to get sore, so have stopped for tonight. Will pick it up again tomorrow night.

Another quick update for you all.

Only have to make the tubing and attach it to the helmet and make attachement for it for the secondary neck skirt and that's the helmet done. The first neck skirt is on the helmet, the secondary one is the original one you see in one of the photos. Have to attach the shoulder armour to the vest. Hopefully will get time to re-do the tattoo and attempt the bicep armour. It's getting there

Sith Stalker is finished! (kinda) well paint is drying, needs to dry at least overnight so this time tomorrow will be dry

markings on helmet have been painted in shiney paint blood splatter on helmet and shoulder armour done tubing from back of helmet done. I got a couple of new scars in the process, but all part of the fun right?

At least it'll be ready for Invasion Belfast with DRY paint

I didn't do the bicep armour as it is way too fiddly to do but I'm pleased with how it looks

Will share photos of the finished costume when the paint is 100% dry...

It's finished! Photos of the finished costume for Thomas Marshal the Lion. I'm really pleased with how it turned out. Worth all the scars and trying to figure it out.

He's now ready for Invasion Belfast

Am really pleased with how the costume stood up to being handled Nothing fell off, which was good, it proves my sewing isn't too shabby! lol and everyone who saw him loved him! He raised a smile with everyone, people said they couldn't help but smile at him.
