Simpsons Tapped Out game

I'm starting to notice some players don't have hearts in their towns. Inactivity perhaps? No biggie.

Yeah, and sometimes you click a valentine but get no heart...

This season or whatever has been very buggy... I googled about it and there are many forums and threads about the hearts thing. Supposedly just dont click on anything, go back to your town and check back later for cards.

ADD ME if you haven't! Username: oldkenobi

I get hearts from a lot of you guys (haha )and I tap on characters and buildings but nothing shows on my end as giving a card? Do you guys ever get them from me? Or is it differant when you guys tap as in show you've given them?

I've had the option to vandalize very infrequently. I was happy to see one neighbor earlier that I actually could vandalize three properties, which I of course took advantage of.

Now if only the Lemon Trees could be stolen (again). Anyone know if it's available now with the stealing disabled, maybe in a Homer Buddha or something?

What does it show when you guys tap to leave hearts? Mine shows nothing I'm still trying to figure out if I'm doing something wrong or it just doesn't work for me

I installed this on my Nexus earlier today but haven't had a chance to play it yet. It looks pretty cool though.

Goodbye Valentines! No more hearts. The upgrade came through for me about an hour ago. What's next St. Patrick's Day? Easter? I can imagine a lot of cool upgrades for St. Patrick's Day. The Popsicle skyscraper and the escalator to nowhere are both still there. I thought they were limited.

Has anyone tried the golden ticket yet? It's another lottery at Kwik-E Mart, but it's .99 cents a play, jackpot is 100 donuts. I don't know that I've ever hit the jackpot with the other lottery.

Okay, I played the Golden Ticket scratch game twice. I got nine donuts the first time and 100 the next, Not bad for a buck 98+ tax. I played 13 times in all and averaged 17 donuts per game. I'm not sure how worth it is if you typically spend at least $19.99 for 300 donuts and it probably breaks even at the next price point and is slightly worse with the one after.

Gave this game a go 'cos it looked interesting. After a while I had the Simpsons house, Flanders and the Kwik-e-mart... and a whole heap of houses just for getting rent/xp.
So yeah, where's the fun? Tap to collect, wait, tap to collect... xp/money wont increase until you manually activate each one...

I'm giving this a miss for three reasons: 1: I'm not paying real money for virtual donuts. 2: You can't visit other players on Android. 3: I'm not paying REAL MONEY for virtual donuts.

Yeah I repeated a point, but it needs to be said. I'd rather pay for a game and know I've bought the content, rather than be made to shell out in perpetuo for the content that actually makes the game fun and which they can keep adding whenever they want more money.
In short, without the freemium content, the game is boring.

I'm not paying a ¢ for virtual donuts either. But for what it is, I do enjoy creating a town that has some function to it. I enjoy seeing characters do the silly things they do. It's one of the only social games I play on a social level because everyone I know at work who has it designs their Springfield in very different ways.

I was able to vandalize the heck outta almost everyone tonite. Hope they do a new holiday theme as it's kinda dull looking without it

I'm sure they could have a ball with St. Patty's. I'd kill for something involving Wacking Day though :)

Well now that the holiday's over I suppose I can take out my house farm since I don't need to power level to unlock temporary stuff. Just as well, I don't care for how it looks in my town.

Except, as I say, it's not social on Android because you can't visit other people's Springfields. So thumbs down for that.
