1, i slush mold, brush in latex , then slush the rest around over a few hrs every hr.
2,when you update a thred your topic moves up automatically.

Bored this morning so i roped the wife in to help take photos of the skin suit on, purely to see if it lined up ok, which it does, itll need some velcro around the middle or i may end up showing more than i want as it keeps creeping down.
ignore the feet as i havent sorted out the lifts yet or filled them out yet so they look saggy.
As you can see apart from the bottom shins no armour etc was attatched, i will not touc the armour now until the skin is completed and sits right on me.
Ill try and get around to painting the legs soon, its just dawned on me how much i still actually have t do
never mind, nothing worth doing is easy eh .

oh last pic was me about to attack my wife hehe ,but looks funny so i included it.

You never seem to sleep, and you pump ot so much work
Totally amazing.
The body looks fantastic, will you join the top and bottom together??
The colours on the body are they final or will you age it somemore??
Re the smart disk, will you make up a hip holder for it or will it be just carried around???
Any combo stick/spear??

Body will be joined in the middle by 4 peices of 2 inches wide velcro, front/back/ and bothsides
Body is done colour wise, it just looks bright in some photos because of the flash
Smart disk is now a weapon wall item not suit same for a combi stick, this dude will be cannon and blades only ( for now )
right im gonna work on weapon wall, and alien today, im enjoying this hobby at the mo
I know ive mentioned these magnets for Bios before, but im hoping they can also work for the shoulder armour, that way in the future i can maybe swap out the armour for a custom pred.
The Right small shoulder bell, has 1 x 20mm diameter Neoydium earth magnet 2 part epoxyd onto Carls armour. I then put some epoxy on another magnet and placed the shoulder bell on the skin, placing the other magnet on the inside of the skin when i was happy with placement, i then left his overnight to make sure it bonded well.
The Left shoulder bell is alot bigger so i have attatched 2x 20mm magnets as you can see, i am yet to place this on the skin as the magnets are still drying.
I have also used the same epoxy to glue 2 inch wide velcro on the bell and bicep armour, this will hold them nicely in the position I want.
I may also put a magnet in the centre of the bicep armour to help secur the setup.
Along with the picture below, theres a quick video showing how strong a single magnet is, im prety hopefully these magnets wil be strong enough t use when wearing the suit, as they are plenty strong enough for display anyway.
