So I was able to acquire another Sideshow Endoskull recently.
One thing that has always bugged me is the lousy job sideshow did with the bottom teeth. They were way too long and looked horrible.
So I decided to remove the jaw and fix the teeth.
FYI if you're faint of heart don't even try to remove the jaw. It was a tense process. You can easily snap the jaw or chip the chrome.
I then removed the teeth and casted them in silicone and made a new set.
I ground off about 1/4 inch and shaped them so they actually fit the jaw.
I still have to install the small pistons which are VERY cheap plastic and broke. Making a new set now.
If you're interested in how I did it let me know and I'll post the process.
Here's a before and after.
