I must admit that I'm only understanding about 70-80% of what your saying Caplan but I think you're saying that the shield is not scalloped along the top. So I'm posting an alternative eagle and shield. What does everyone think it is, the posted just above or the one I'm just now posting?

Where do i get the id holder?

It's a folio that you have to make. Find appropriate bookbinding cloth or paper and wrap it around bookbinding board (cardboard) then you glue the ID cards inside the covers. It's like having a hardback book with no pages.

Propcollector, the cards are 4" x 2 1/2" so the folio would be about 4 1/2" x 6 1/4" but Caplan might be willing to tell you how big he made his.

the true size for the credential card it's 10,2cm on 6,7cm.
for the folio 11,2cm on 16,7cm.
