The resin was poured by Blufive. :lol
Yep this was another collaboration like the ATL phaser... our pal Centralrepair did the mastering and communicator electronics, based on my blueprints done from photos of Greg Jein's Spock remote and analysis of screengrabs. Custom machined aluminum center knob. And as I said Blufive did the awesome clear-resin pour. Nary a bubble!
The Pike Laser was a "Capt JTK" kit from a few years ago, that Centralrepair built and painted for me. At my request he built the extending mechanism so that the barrel will retract and turn.
The Rodd.com Pike Laser kit is quite nice. But you still have to round off the rear body some, if you want the accurate contours (my unmodified CaptJTK there is too boxy). Also you'd have to rig up your own barrel extension if you want that.
Rodd.com sells a builtup Cage Communicator that looks real nice as well, but it's pricey.

And mine.... Actually the Hand Laser if from WNMHGB but will have to fill in until my Cage Hand Laser is completed...

I have the same communicator as Karl, so no need posting those photos.
Great communicator.
The one from Rod.com is very nice.
Going to be getting a Cage Lazer w/i the next 6 months or so.
Also have the patches which are different (smaller) size than used on the series.

In the Cage Pilot when Capt. Pike ratchets the hand laser...was that geared? I have to say I know nothing about the Cage laser hero build.
