Show off! My new TARDIS miniature prop...

Made as the filming minature for our movie. Here she is. Since she belongs to the 13th Doctor, I didn't try to make an exact replica of any particular version. Hope you guys like her. She stands about 10 inches tall.

I though about that after I posted! Duh!

Balsa and basswood. Cut with a scalpel. (Work at a hospital, get em' free :lol) I used a translucent paint so that the wood grain would show through, and give it depth. Windows are plexi-glass scuffed with a green scrubber on the back side so that they would look dirty. Brass door handles, hinges and a "yale" lock from a minature supply store. The Police Box signs were from the "Build your own TARDIS" paper prop on line that was posted in the free paper prop thread. The door pull sign was from a picture I found on line. The light on top is a clear bic pen.

That's the plan. The director, myself, the Doctor and the Master are all meeting tonight to secure a location for a "cafe" scene, as well as discuss the rest of the filming schedule and building a web site.
