Shock Trooper, Finishing my PUR Resin Model

some news here now too. I m now also at the work for the padding here. this will be easily removable, just fixed by a little bit of pressure by the padding itselfe, but its holding very well. because the aluminum helmets shrank a little but trough the casting process, I have a little bit more space in this helmet. here you can see also all the technical components. one battery for 2 amplifers (one made by ligon), all fixed in special pockets in the padding. the speaker are also removable. some parts for the front are still left, but its not so much work to do. than I can solder everything together. I hope everything is working at the end. anyway, the feeling in this helmet is very nice. really like a motorcycle helmet, very confortable.

hello again,

now, the helmet is finished completely visually. I m just waiting to connect al the technical components. I finished the interior padding and also gave the helmet a very light weathering.

First... you can never post too many pics. Second... WOW! This is a work of art! Fantastic!

hello again,

finaly I found time and a friend soldered all the technical parts for the gree and the polyurethane shocktrooper helmet for me. the shocktrooper is already compleatly wired now and its working really great. was not so easy to put all that stuff in it, but now the sound of the speakers is amazing. of course there are certainly many TK an clone helmets with speakers, but for me its a new thing to play with. Maybe I ll do a video and introduce these helmet with all its functions.

here is everything connected:
