well, because he is. he is my cosplay partner. and for me i like it that way. somehow i want to separate my personal life with business. it's being professional in my opinion.
We started out as partners in cosplay when he asked if i want to cosplay black widow for him because he is looking for one. I said yes when I saw what BW looks like because I just had a catsuit made for a Black Cat cosplay I was suppose to launch January. Then it's history. Apparently we clicked as partners with us being tagged as the "cosplay duo" because we always come out in pairs - ironman/black widow; snake eyes/storm shadow; predators; scorpion/sub-zero. All our cosplay plans involve complimenting costumes. It's that or not. lol. People in teh cosplay community saw us together the first time but when it's becoming frequent they didn't ask anymore. I guess it's obvious even if we don't do PDAs. hahaha.
Robert saw me in 1 convention last year and after that he tried to look for me. I don't know who DonRobert is even if he already is a prominent name in the cosplay world. I don't want to be tagged as someone who used someone to get a name in the cosplay community. When he first got my number by investigating and asking his contacts to locate me I don't know him. I don't know he makes good costumes and I do not care if he is DonRobert. lol. (The truth was he was smitten when he first saw me and really made ways to make me like him to which he failed miserably.) Until I saw Ironman. :love
We always joke before that I fell in love with Ironman and he hated it. He wanted to burn the damn suit. hahaha. because I would always tell him, i'll go out with you if you're wearing your costume or fetch me in your Ironman costume. hahaha. He always reminded me that without him inside Ironman is nothing. :angel His mrk IV suit has a sentimental value to him because without that we're not together today. He is also thankful for Ironman because without Ironman he wouldn't have met me.:lol
When I saw how good he makes costumes, I said I'll help him be known. I'm his marketing arms as sometimes he is not that confident of his work. That's why I'm here and on teh other 3 forums I registered to - I am very proud of his work but I don't want people to think I am biased just because he's my boyfriend. And that is why I still call him my partner. In business we are (I'm actually his boss:love ) and in cosplay. In real life we're also partners. :angel

the rubber material used in our costumes is the one you can buy in marikina in sheets used for making flip-flops. the material we use for the predator hair are insulator foams. :angel

angryLove the hair! I too didn't notice it in the other photos or maybe since I am so used to dreads I thought it was your own hair too!
With the fishnet you need to tie in some relics from "The Hunt!" Maybe some finger bones, small femurs, etc.

thanks! yeah i'll probably get those stuff come October during halloween. It's hard to find gory things during regular days. lol.
on a side note to paul - I'm a talkative person yet I'm very quiet also. I normally answer questions when and if only asked. so if people assume, it's their fault because they never asked. hahaha!
