I have looked at this thread, and the other ones about these goggles, again, and again. Ever since I have found these threads, the links go to sites that no-longer have them in stock. I have searched, and searched, for these all over the net for years. I decided this would be the month, I finally get them, so I spent days (and I'm talking sun up, to sun down, and beyond) looking for them. My local surplus stores have no goggles at all. All I can find online is one ebay listing that is 3 times what everyone here paid for them (i.e. $45. and they have a very different strap on them. then the one shown here. ), and one site, that has one pair left, for around $30. but they want $60! shipping. Please, if anyone knows where these can be found for a good price these days, PLEASE let me know. (and yes, I did post a WTB thread in the Junkyard, weeks ago.)

Oh, and I think they were made by "AUER". that info has not helped me find a pair "in stock" anywhere, but it has taken me to a lot of listings that are "out of stock".

Plus, that's the place that wants $60. shipping. :( I saw those the other day. I saw the £20.00, and thought "Well that's about $30. it's more then I wanted to pay, but Ok, what's the shipping" I started to check out, and they had a shipping calculator, so I gave it a try, and they said $60. shipping, and gave no other options.

Thanks for you help though. :)

I just tried there shipping calculator again, I was wrong it's £60.00, not $60. So that's more like $90. plus the roughly $30. for the goggles. :(

Folk over here, used to post all the time that they saw them for like $5. - $10. at Army Navy stores, but I have given up on ever finding that cheep, but $120. Is way more then I'm willing to pay.

If they ship it in a padded envelope without insurance it shouldn't cost more than 4EUR

That's when you get the item shipped to an RPF member that lives in the country, then they ship it to you using a 'normal' service!
