Searching for a 1:1 Scale Gizmo from Gremlins

Hi,
is here anyone who knows where I can find a 1:1 Scale Replica from Gizmo???
Is anybody out there who can build a replica with real coat.
If somebody can build Gizmo with real coat and electronics for eyes and mouth it will be wonderful.
Hope sombody can help me.
