KF it is just Snazaroo Pale Blue, it's a water based costume make up, It's actually really good, it come recommended by a friend of mine who has worked on tv shows and also did some work on Event Horizon movie.... so i figured it can't be that bad.... he uses it for doing friends and clients Halloween make up.... very easy to apply and just as easy to remove

got to work on my helmet today, managed to get it to a shape and form that I was happy enough with, ingore the base chest armour as that's just my base form and have figured it needs bulking out now that I hav the helmet sat on top.... also started trying to make some bulkier chest pieces but didn't get pics of that... so here it is thus far....

it's got a couple of vents in the top of the dome and I plan on putting a few slits in the sides and possibly installing a little computer fan inside ... which I can get LED Blue ones so will also help with illuminating the inside of the helmet

Now THAT would be a good idea... I usually find the fans don't do a thing to help though just blows the heat in your face more lol so I usually just suffer through it but actually having 3-4 spinning fans around the neck of the helmet at the bottom would probably lend to the costume design itself regardless so why not!

thanks guys, it's your support that is pushing me on with this coz I will be honest, I have been so close to canning this S.O.B! it is a feckin' NIGHTMARE!!!! but I have so many people wanting to see this at the cons here and have pics with me from the big Batman group that it spurs me on to continue, but I have also started an Utlimate X-Men group for July so working on Cyclops and Jean Grey, aswell as chipping away at Freeze and Poison Ivy lol
