"The Internet, where the men are men! And the women are men, and the 12-year-old girls are FBI agents." :lol
...my eyes got blurry and my fingers numb...
Meg Ryan as Powergirl!
That's a fair question especially since "geek chic" is in. But I like what I do, I like the genre and support it.
To be fair, if I was simply seeking attention, I would do that as myself. I make appearances at adult conventions several times a year, across this country.
I don't want to portray myself as something I'm not, for example I don't know anything about Star Wars or Star Trek. But I like Hammer Horror, Disney and Superheroes. :love So if you see me blogging about something it's because I like it. Hope that answers your question.
I have to plan a trip to your neck of the woods, Oni...I swear...My best friend Kasey is also a female adult film star/hardcore comic book and horror geek who loves to cosplay. Like Tawnya shes not so much in to Sci Fi. I have several female actress/model friends who cosplay but DONT know much about the genre itself. Its not all about trying to fill that geek niche (although it is for some of them). Some love playing dress up. Like we love props (some from movies we didnt think were that good) they love costumes and dont always feel the need to know the entire backstory. Tera Patrick is a huge geek. Ill be with her and some others at Meltdown Comics on Aug 12th with Girls n Corpses so Tanya and anyone else in the neighborhood please stop by and we can add some POST SDCC hot girl pics to this thread![]()
