Scuba Steve? from Big Daddy

I originally thought Scuba Steve might have been a found item, then I found out that Art Asylum created it for the movie. I was curious if anything was ever available to the general public or if anyone knows of anything similar that can be turned into Scuba Steve? I

Anyway, if anyone has any info I would really appreciate it.

Sorry, I am clueless about this one. What or who is Scuba Steve? I was thinking it was for an action figure of the Crocodile Hunter.

I am sorry guys.. It is the toy from Big Daddy that the kid always carries around. Apparently, Art Asylum made it for the movie, but it was never mass produced outside of use for the movie.

They used to sell battery powered swimmers like that in air-port gift shops 20 years ago (I always wanted one when I was a kid). I'd check ebay.
