Hi All
Im currently building a pulse rifle and not having a lot of money to spend for parts is forcing me to build my own parts. Working on a barrel vent made from 16 gauge steel. It was made in two peices. Cut out the basic shape first then made the vents using a drill dremel and air file. I then epoxyed the vents in from behind. Here are some pics of my work. Enjoy!

Hi

Sorry for tha long time inbetween posts.... Sean I used a bending brake that I bought from harbor freight. 16 gauge is as much as you can do with it. I later found that if you score a line with a dremel tool on the backside of the metal before you bend it it makes easier to bend.
