He can have it removed because you use his name and shop name.
Just do a blanket message stating that you personally will contact on all orders and any other name or shop is not associated with you. Explain that someone has been contacting your customers to steal the job, just do not call him out and they shouldn't find reason to remove your post.

Curious as to if anyone's every told him he's too fat in the face to pull off Wolverine and look as cool as he thinks he does. Or any of his other costumes.

Karma is a bitch, and we can only hope it appears in the form of a shop fire. Then again, he would only have to go buy the toys from Walmart again.

Doesn't matter. He lost his "con-artist" cool. That's rule #1 in their handbook. The blood is in the water. The info is public now.

If they read ALL of it, how can they not see what a con-artist he is??

I will just say this...

The RPF was able to band together and take down a Russian hacker. Jim Logan, Dave Logan, David Winant, etc.. (No matter the alias), should realize we can take him down too :lol

I don't think a lot of people realize how big a community the RPF is, or how far-reaching. Just being out at a con, or in a comic book store, or at the movies, we could be next to you. WE ARE EVERYWHERE :devil I can't imagine someone making themselves so visible at a con, much less being (or trying to be) on panels after all this exposure, just waiting to get hit with tomatoes (if he's lucky)

EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE, AND EVEN THOUGH THAT MEANS NOTHNG TO YOU, THINK FOR A SECOND, REALIZE, IT'S NOT REALLY THEIR MONEY YOU'RE STEALING, IT'S THEIR TIME. Aren't multiple facebook accounts (not including "Pages," "Groups," etc) against their TOS, especially if you don't use your "real" name? If so, then whatshisface shouldn't have a "Jim Logan" account, right? Maybe reporting the fake accounts is one way to fight the BS.

And Grifter...why bother? He clearly has no morals and doesn't care.

At this point it's just piling on to the over whelming facts already, but since he always deletes my comments I figured I'd add my experience from last year. I ordered a Scarlet Witch headpiece and cape around April or May 2012 with the agreement that I'd have it in hand by the second week of August to give my wife and I plenty of time before FanExpo the last weekend of August. Despite numerous attempts to contact him every two weeks or so, Jim kept putting it off and blowing smoke up my ass with different stories about how he'd been forced to take a break for all of June, and then was working on something big for a video game company that pushed everything off, and even told me he got in a fight with his girlfriend who was his seamstress so the cape part wasn't done.

Long story short, I never got the items in time, and only after a few more weeks of hounding him everyday did I get the headpiece in the middle of September, with the cape to never be seen. I guess I'm lucky that I got half the order compared to others on here, but because of how long it took Paypal refused to help and since I didn't have any specifics for how much each part was going to cost, just one lump sum, I couldn't even dispute it through my credit card since I actually received a product.

So yeah. Don't buy from this recasting, money stealing liar.

I believe his Jim Logan account can be reported. You can report that he is using an alias to FB. Provide them links to his arrest report showing his real name, and it also shows the alias listed of "Dave Logan". You can explain to them that he is now using Jim Logan as an alias and probably provide the RPF link here. Explain he is using FB as a forum to get orders and steal money through his other work account. Provide those names as well.
I believe they may lock down one or more of his accounts. Might be worth trying anyway.

I also think that the people following him are uninformed or do not understand recasting ( ex. someone who sews a costume probably do not understand the meaning of pouring rubber on a prop to get a exact copy; it does not work for cloth props and costume) or
just don't care; The low morally challenged.

Another Jim Logan was impersonating me, Jim Logan aka Sniktshop aka Iamyourheros aka...
and taking your money. But order and send the $ to me , the real jim logan, aka ... and hopefully its the real jim logan this time.

On a more positive note, i have been getting a lot of support from everyone.
But i especially appreciate the support from the cosplay, prop, entertainment industry.
These are prominent players in their field and people i respect and admire.
They understand recasting and the efforts to making props.
Whats more, they have connections to the large corporate companies (game, comic,movie industry). And have made it clear that Sniktshop has effed himself.
So the word is spreading peeps.(y)thumbsup:thumbsup
