Hello all. I'm newly registered here (been lurking and taking in all the info I can the last 2 weeks or so!), and I've begun my MK4 build and was hoping to get some advice with scaling.
I'm primarily using Robo designs for the body. I've made a rough build of the chest piece and it's definitely undersized (I believe this is Robo as well, it's actually not marked). Looking at the printouts it looked a bit small to me, so I quick slapped it together with some random foam mat I had laying around to get a reference for it's existing scale.
The file lists it as 25.212219 scale, dimensions of 345H x 404W x 210D. Now I'm 6'2", 200lb, average built, I know it's not too far off, I'm just not sure about how much larger I should scale it so that it's a better porportion. Here's a pic I snapped held up to me. Keep in mind I won't being using the foam for the real build, but it gets the point across.
Now I know there is no science to scaling, and it's different for everyone, I was just hoping for some pointers before I waste too much material in trial and error.
Thank you in advance for any help.
