Just watched it and it was pretty good . trying to decide what I will watch next...Vampires Suck or Splice ?...anyone seen either

I saw Splice. I thought it was decent, not sure I'd ever watch it again. I imagine Vampires Suck to be a little like slow torture. I don't believe those film makers have ever made anything with entertainment value.

My 13 year old cousin want me to go see Vampires Suck with her really badly... I'm somewhat wary and hoping she ends up going with her girlfriends instead. XD

I've seen Salt and thought it was one of those generic action flicks. Something I'll watch once and never bother again. Splice is nothing to shout about either... it's more or less a Species remake, but with spliced human/animal DNA rather than alien.

Vampires suck was terrible, and I went into it hating Twilight. I watched it with someone who loves Twilight, and they hated it too. It was exactly like all of the other movies they make. If you don't watch the movie NOW, none of the jokes will make sense because all of these movies have about a 6 month life span before nobody remembers the current hot celebrity or weird fad sweeping the nation that they are ripping on.

I enjoyed Salt, I thought it was pretty predictable but I enjoyed watching how it all panned out.

Although during the closing credits I was waiting for Mobys Extreme Ways to start playing.

I thought it was okay, but would have been better had the Russians succeeded, with Salt's rebellion already having been a factor in their plan the whole time.
6.5/10

I hated it...
After the Bourne series and Bond, other movies just don't seem to do it for me anymore.

The choreography and action sequences were monotonous, beat a dead horse... etc. etc. you get the picture.

Salt did have one thing that made my purchase worth every penny. Death by HANDCUFFS. That was one of the best killings I've ever seen.

Predictable in its [attempted] unpredicability. A lot of contrivances that intentionally overlooked realism in a move to heighten the drama. She was way too effective at the fighting stuff, in my opinion. That's not sexist, but just my professional opinion.

I agree with ThrowingChicken; I think it could have been a better and more suspenseful movie if a lot of the fight scenes had been taken out.
