I am going to do my best to modify for the fourth run, and will make sure I have 100% clarification of fitment before charging anyone for them.

Thanks for the updates. I'm still in for one complete case for my run 2 deck. If you do update the case for run 4 thickness, I'll be interested in a raw print. Thanks!

Not sure if this helps BUT I just read this over in the Thread about the changes on the 4th run decks.
- Yes, fourth run decks about 3 millimeters thinner. I do not have any sets left from the first three runs.

I am trying to make a note of anyone in on the 4th run of cards so that I know when I need to modify the file, as well as anyone that wants an un-weathered paint design.

BIG update!
SO its taken me a few cases to find my groove, as far as making this on a large scale, and I think I found a way to make this a bit faster with the same quality.
I will post a finished one and let you guys decide;
Currently I am printing with black PLA, and doing very minimal work to the print as the entire outer area is covered, The lip on the front takes the most time, as now I have a template I created to help me do the large areas, but the front lip is a ton of work to cover. SO, I ordered some brown PLA....even if I stick to my original way of wrapping I think this will look better, BUT, I think I can get away with not wrapping that front lip, and it will still look very good. I will obviously polish and finish the print so it doesn't look printed, but this would cut my labor time down significantly.
Like I said I can do either method, but I will try this out and post a picture and see what you guys think, I would be able to drop my price down a nice chunk do to the reduced time, which is a plus for everyone!
The goal is to make the best case I can for you guys, so I will post a side by side of both "designs" and can do whichever you folks want.

Got my case tonight...It is very cool...my cards fit perfectly...a little tight but not too bad....If you have the Deck you need this case...

Just got both my 4th run deck. Thanks Djblingbling for accommodating us 4th runners and making production efficient to cut costs. Really looking forward to getting a case.

Looks like a lot of people got 4th run decks so glad to be able to do something for those!
I admit printing has been slower than id like, its been really hot out, and the print being so long, there really isnt a cooler time to do it.
I have to printed i'm almost done with, then likely will begin printing again next week. This is a huge reason why Im not asking for a deposit or anything, I dont want people to have money tied up until I am 100% ready to ship!

Just wanted to show you guys a bit of the process:
The stencil, as great as it is, its not a perfect, paint and im done solution. Here is how it looks after paint before cleanup and weathering.
From here, I clean it up to get the rough shape, and also can do a bit of weathering the edges:
From this point I try to age it naturally. I use all water based products until the clear coat so I can age it with a paper towel or q tips and water, vs paint thinners and such. I love being able to do each one a bit different but all with the same feel, going for a natural aging look.

4th run deck required for me. And btw, have you worked out that new method for wrapping the cases? You said it would be much cheaper so I’m looking forward to that.
