SAAB Dog Tags ???

Does anyone have good reference dimensions for the dog tags?
What info did they have on them? I don't have any way to make a good screen capture. They seemed to be shaped somewhat like a coffin to me.
I realize this may be an old topic thread somewhere, but I did try to find references before posting.
