As of now, 8/1/2015, I have filled the memorial with names and need no more.
Additionally, since the names have been submitted, and are not canon to the actual prop, I am making this one as if it were at another S.H.I.E.L.D. location (not the Academy), hence the original emblem that will adorn the memorial:

Yup, no promises. But it's not set in stone, yet.
Phase II is complete (except for the silver paint of the edge/sides) - Phase III will begin soon - the stone wall background.
Each silver panel is 21" wide, making it 63" total width, and 36.4" high.
The stone wall backing will be roughly 75" wide and 45" high.
