Question RPF experiencing rolling blackouts? (answered, and thankfully it has passed)

is anyone else refreshing or going to other pages on the rpf after a few mins and suddenly getting something about the server not responding and some code 500 thing? or am I insane?

And these black outs are followed by the worst lag I've seen ever and the black outs take quite some time before they go away.

Yeah I'm getting the same server error message. I just keep going back and clicking again until it loads.

God, it was awful. I actually had to get some work done for a change!
