ROTJ Vader Saber Question

I am not that familiar with this saber, however I do know that it is made from a 3 Cell Graflex.

My question is: Why does the replica ROTJ Vader Sabers look like they sag in the middle? Does that have to do with the 3 Cell?

Could you be more specific? In what way do they sag? The ones I've seen always look straight.

It just seems that I have seen a few ROTJ Vader sabers and they look like they are not completely straight throughout the length of the saber hilt. They tend to look like they sag in the middle where the two pieces come together. Is that true? Does that have to do with the type of graflex tube used?

The Vader ROTJ is made without a real Graflex clamp--a real clamp has tabs to help lock it in place (in addition to clamping :lol)

Most replicas use some sort of cut down pipe--if it's not lined up and secured very well, I suppose it could sag. Especially if the builder doesn't put something in that area to help secure the clamp & control box in place (wood, PVC or whatever)
