Rorshach Journal And Grappling Gun Help Please

Hey guys (and girls), was hoping there was some body out there that can help me with getting a screen accurate Rorshach journal and/or grappling gun from the Watchmen. Been wanting those for a while now and can't seem to find any good ones for sale or any good pics to build off of either. Can someone help me?
