I went about and read the post.....I'm still on Romans side. Sounds like you both didn't get your way and now you're :cry about it. Get over yourself, not every one gets his way.

Clue to the wise, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is:rolleyes

Wow. I didn't know MY opinion carried so much weight (like I do).

This is exactly the same type of internet over-reaction that caused this whole thing.

For ******'s sake grow a thicker skin.

I'm done here.
I wasn't talking about you, your opinion, or anything having to do with you.

Roman made a deal, & then let many months go by before renegeing on said deal. Sure Roman explained about not wanting to follow through with the deal and apologized, but if you're going to defend him, understand and acknowledge that you're allowing someone you like to do that which you wouldn't want done to you.

"Hey, break any deal you want... so long as you don't do it to me".
:confused

& Roman, you seem like a nice enough guy. I do respect you for fessing up, admitting to what you did and apologizing. It's definitely more than others might've done in your place.

*ss*

Dude, this isn't a school playground, it's a business deal. It's not about 'getting your way' or 'crying over stuff' or 'being on people's side'. It's a contract entered into by two adults. By breaking that contract without sufficient timeliness or communication, Roman is guilty of poor business practice.

That's his right, but it is equally Foehammer's right to bring this to our attention. In the real world you are only as good as your last deal.

I don't know either party from Adam, but I certainly think the playground lynch mob mentality of some of Roman's buddies does both him and the
forum a disservice.

:lol ....listen to yourself.. a contract ??:wacko Who typed it up and signed it, returned, had lawyers present and a notary public seal it? Are you friggin' serious?

Bottom line, Roman is a good guy and the overwhelming public here would agree with me.

They didn't get the deal they thought, got their panites in a wad and now :cry out to an entire community to smear a good persons name through the mud. It just doesn't work that way.

I didn't know good people were allowed to deceive their customers. You're certainly entitled to your opinion though, even if it is way off base.

Just so you know, Birdie is correct in noting that it is a contract. The vast majority of contracts are not written up by lawyers. They are either oral, or something like buying a good from a merchant.

I never brought any sort of breach of contract accusations into this because quite frankly it's obviously not worth it. All I ever wanted was for people to know that Roman did one of his customers a disservice. You want to call that whining, whatever...

again..."deceive"?...that's a pretty strong word considering you're out, what...uh...nothing...you got your money back and had no loss. Do you know how many truely bad deals have seen folks out thousands?

Try shopping over at EDC studios...I hear he makes a mean Windu TPM:lol

Count your blessings you dealt with a good person who did the right thing and gave you your refund for items not exchanged.

Are you done yet? I sure as hell am. ****** the frickin' :cry sometimes is sickening.

Steve

How old are you man, 14 or something? Your behaviouris certainly that of a child, as is your ignorance that once money changes hands you are entering into a contract.

I don't know Roman, but it seems he's a good guy, from some of the more mature posts in this thread. Everyone makes mistakes.

I'm sure you think you are doing him a favor with these adolescent. bile filled rants.

As the old adage goes, with friends like these...
