Robocop Head sculpt - exposed 1/1

Hard to tell if the neck is too skinny from your picture. If you take a picture further away from the bust, It'll be easier to see.

A word of advice...

I wouldn´t start detailing the sculpt until you worked out the final shapes and possible symmetry issues.
Don´t get me wrong, it´s a GREAT start and I couldn´t do anything like that myself!...
But while I dig the face, the lines/shapes on the "head" are way to "organic" in many places, if you know what I mean!?

Get out a flexible ruler, styrene etc. and use this as a guide for all lines/ gutouts etc. on your helmet. Should look much better.

Keep up the good work :thumbsup

I agree ,
I just did the wire work because I was a little frustrated with exactly what you are talking about (symmetry). Its so hard to keep the sculpt intact while you work. I might have to do a first casting in resin and remaster the copy. The final will be cold cast Aluminum.I don't think I would have attempted this without the people here.
Thanks for the help and it is much appreciated .

Quite the amount of painstaking detail you have! What is that cog piece your using in the ear? Did u fab It? It's looking amazing yo! Hit me up if u still have your yahoo bro!

It's looking good, but the neck pistons appear to be misaligned! You can easily see it in your comparison pictures. The rods comming from the back of the head down towards the clavicle are too far down. It should be an easy fix since you have those pistons cast as separate part! ;)

Thanks for the correction. Its great to have people to help with this .
I don't think I would have had the courage to try this if I did not have this forum and all the people here are so encouraging and helpful.
Thanks chanfan!
