Robocop Head sculpt - exposed 1/1

I have been sick for months having to stay indoors so I started a project .
I have always wanted a exsposed Robocop head and no one offers them anymore so I am trying out a new skill . This will not be screen worthy but it will work for me. The face is out of my junk pile of old parts.

What are the diameters of pvc pipes did you use for the rods on the front and back of the neck?

The front pistons were made buy Dutch over at Soaring Hammer and are custome turned and drilled (He did a great job). The back are 1" pipe and coupler . I am going to cast the pistons and cut out the back to suck them into the head.
I have never sculpted or casted before so this is fun!

Here are my parts so far. This chest and back were made by a good friend in Orlando Fl. The arms are out of his junk pile I think
